Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in, completion of any necessary forms, and to relax before your session begins.
Cancellation Policy: Emergencies arise, and refunds are at the discretion of the practitioner. Please kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full session fee will still apply.
Health and Medical Information: Prior to your first session, I will ask you to complete a health intake form. Please provide accurate and detailed information about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other pertinent health information to ensure your safety and well-being during the session.
Informed Consent: Before each session, we will review and discuss the treatment plan, techniques, and any potential risks or benefits. Your informed consent is essential, and I encourage you to communicate openly about your preferences, concerns, and any changes in your health status.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Grateful Body upholds strict confidentiality regarding your personal information, health records, and session details. Your privacy is of utmost importance.
Professional Boundaries: I maintain professional boundaries throughout the session. Any inappropriate behavior or request will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Payment: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, or check. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Feedback and Communication: Your feedback is invaluable. I encourage you to communicate openly during the session regarding pressure, comfort, or any concerns you may have. After the session, I welcome your feedback and appreciate any comments or suggestions to enhance your experience.
